Dear Teachers,
I created this WebQuest to inform students and teachers
alike about what is happening in the Darfur region of Sudan. There
are an amazing amount of resources on the web about the conflict in
Darfur, and I certainly did not include all of them here. The
ultimate goal is that people would become educated about Darfur and
hopefully by doing so it will provoke and encourage them to do what
they can to help bring peace to Sudan—and any other place where
people are suffering.
I encourage you to use this WebQuest as it has been
designed, or to adapt it to your own ideas and curriculum in the
ways you deem appropriate. All I ask is that you keep the main
objective of this resource intact, and let me know if you have found
this resource helpful.
